Col G S Baidwan, SM (Retd.) is a December 1978 Batch Officer commissioned into the MAHAR RECT from Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He has served as the commander of the RR Battalion in South Kashmir. As the Commanding Officer, he was awarded the Sena Medal (SM) for his leadership in the Kashmir Valley from 2000 to 2003. He is a certified Group Testing Officer (GTO) from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) in New Delhi. He was selected for the Central Centre in Bhopal He served three-year tenure at 18 SSB Allahabad as GTO faculty and trained Cadets at Western Command service, HRDC Chandimandir for two years.

Anish Kapoor had also been on the panel of Faculty Training Programs (FTP) and Train the Teachers (TTT) for PTU-affiliated institutes in Punjab. He, as a corporate trainer, has taken several workshops on Personality Development, which includes leadership skills, communication skills, positive thinking, stress, and time management. |
In 1974, Col. D. S. Cheema received his commission in the Army Education Corps (AEC). This postgraduate officer, a graduate of the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), New Delhi, served as a psychologist for three years at the 22 SSB in Bhopal as well as the SSB coaching in Bangalore.
He completed instructor classes A and B at NDA, OTA, OIR, and IMA in his illustrious career.
Col. Cheema has a postgraduate degree in geography and psychology and holds an MBA.
He served in the Parachute Brigade, participated in skydiving and microlight flying, and served as secretary of the Indian Skydiving Federation.
